Cancellations are annoying. For everyone. It's a pity when holiday apartments remain vacant when others would have loved to come. Please inform us in time if you have to cancel or shorten your holiday. A cancellation of your booking is free of charge until 2 months before arrival.
Please remember that cancellations must always be made in writing and the booking is only considered cancelled once we have confirmed it.

In case of shorter cancellation times we reserve the right to charge for the cancellation.

Cancellation fees:

• Up to 2 months before arrival, no costs are charged 
• Up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% cancellation fee
• Up to 14 days before arrival, we charge 60% cancellation fee
• Up to 8 days before arrival, we charge 90% cancellation fee
• Less than 8 days before arrival, we charge the full price

Unexpectedly shortened vacation: In case of early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the booking price of the unused vacation days.

Tip: Consider the possibility of a travel cancellation insurance, so that you are covered in case of emergency.
